5.2 Consent Withdrawal

6. Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out of non-essential data collection, equivalent to a "Do Not Sell or Share" request under CCPA.
Note: The older "Do Not Track" (DNT) browser signal does not have a universally accepted standard for how websites should respond. We currently do not respond to DNT signals but do honor GPC signals as described above.
7. What Happens if You Disable Cookies?
If you block or delete cookies, here's what might break — consider this the "debuff list":
- Strictly Necessary cookies disabled: You won't be able to log in or stay authenticated. The Platform becomes essentially unusable. Game over.
- Functional storage disabled: Your preferences (sidebar state, layout, theme) won't be remembered between sessions. Minor inconvenience, like losing your UI settings after a reinstall.
- Analytics cookies disabled: No impact on your experience. We just won't be able to track how the Platform is used, which makes it harder for us to improve.
- Error monitoring disabled: No impact on your experience. We may be slower to detect and fix bugs that affect you.
8. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when we add new cookies, remove old ones, or change how we use them. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and notify you through the Platform.
We recommend reviewing this policy periodically. Cookie recipes may change, but we'll always be transparent about what's in the jar.
