1. Welcome & Acceptance of Terms
You're about to read legal text. We know. But we promise it doesn't deal poison damage. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and GAMOSY ("Gamosy," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Gamosy platform at www.gamosy.com (the "Platform").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. Think of it like accepting a quest — once you click "Accept," you're committed. But unlike most RPG quests, you can leave anytime.
2. Who We Are
Gamosy is operated by GAMOSY, a company registered in Poland, European Union.
- Contact email: info@gamosy.com
3. Eligibility
To use Gamosy, you must:
- Be at least 16 years old (in accordance with GDPR Article 8 and Polish law). If you are under 16, you need verifiable parental or guardian consent.
- Be at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13, in compliance with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you are under 13, you may not use the Platform under any circumstances.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
If we discover that an account belongs to someone who does not meet these requirements, we will terminate it faster than a speedrunner skips the tutorial.
4. Account Registration
To access most features, you need to create an account. When you do:
- You must provide accurate and complete information. No, "xXx_DarkLord_xXx" is fine as a display name, but your email must be real.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password — treat it like your Steam account.
- One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to abuse the Platform (e.g., claiming keys more than once) is grounds for termination.
- You must promptly notify us at info@gamosy.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it.
5. What Gamosy Does
Gamosy is a game key distribution and creator outreach platform that connects indie game developers with content creators. The Platform provides:
- KeyVault: A secure campaign system where developers can distribute game keys to vetted content creators, track key usage, and monitor campaign performance.
- Creator Marketplace: A discovery hub where developers can find creators based on platform metrics, audience size, content categories, and Campaign Completion Rate (CCR).
- ReddMiner: A Reddit trend-tracking and content publishing tool for gaming-related marketing insights, including subreddit monitoring, keyword alerts, and scheduled post management.
- OAuth Integrations: Connections with YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Steam, and Reddit for account verification and metrics synchronization.
Gamosy is a facilitator — we provide the tools, but we are not a party to any agreement between developers and creators. Think of us as the quest board in a tavern: we post the quests, but we don't fight the dragons.
6. User Types & Responsibilities
6.1 Content Creators
As a content creator on Gamosy, you agree to:
- Connect at least one platform account (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, etc.) for verification purposes.
- Provide accurate information about your channels and audience.
- Use game keys received through campaigns solely for creating content (reviews, streams, videos, etc.) as specified by the campaign terms.
- Not resell, trade, give away, or redistribute game keys received through the Platform.
- Create and publish content within the timeframe specified by each campaign you accept.
6.2 Game Developers / Publishers
As a developer on Gamosy, you agree to:
- Only distribute game keys that you are authorized to distribute (i.e., keys for games you own or publish).
- Provide accurate information about your games, including platform, genre, and any content warnings.
- Distribute valid, working game keys. No expired or revoked keys.
- Not discriminate against creators based on protected characteristics when reviewing campaign applications.
- Optionally verify your Steam Publisher API key through our secure verification process for enhanced trust.
7. KeyVault Campaign Rules
KeyVault is the heart of Gamosy — the secure system for managing game key distribution campaigns. By using KeyVault:
- Key Security: Game keys are stored with row-level security controls and access restrictions, ensuring only authorized parties (campaign owners and approved creators) can access them.
- Campaign Terms: Each campaign may have specific requirements (minimum followers, platform, content type, deadline). By applying to a campaign, creators agree to those specific terms.
- Content Deadlines: If a campaign specifies a deadline for content creation, creators must publish content within that timeframe or the key may be revoked.
- Key Resale Prohibition: Reselling, trading, or redistributing keys obtained through Gamosy is strictly prohibited. Violation results in immediate account termination and may result in legal action. Seriously — don't be that person. The G2A route leads to a permaban.
- No Guarantee of Approval: Applying to a campaign does not guarantee you will receive a key. Developers have full discretion over approvals.
8. Content Submissions & Intellectual Property License
When you submit content links (videos, streams, articles) to Gamosy as proof of campaign fulfillment:
- You retain full ownership of your content. We don't claim your video is ours — that would be a worse steal than a loot box scam.
- You grant Gamosy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, link to, and reference your content within the Platform for campaign tracking and marketplace purposes.
- Content must comply with the content guidelines of the platform where it is published (YouTube Community Guidelines, Twitch Terms of Service, etc.).
- Content must not contain hate speech, explicit illegal activity, or material that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
9. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities will get you banned faster than using aimbot in a competitive match:
- Fraud: Creating fake accounts, falsifying metrics, or misrepresenting your identity or channel statistics.
- Bot Abuse: Using automated tools to inflate followers, views, or engagement metrics.
- Key Resale: Selling, trading, or redistributing game keys on any marketplace (G2A, Kinguin, eBay, etc.).
- Harassment: Threatening, bullying, or discriminating against other users.
- Spam: Sending unsolicited messages or mass applying to campaigns without genuine intent.
- Security Exploits: Attempting to access other users' accounts, data, or keys. Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the Platform.
- Circumvention: Bypassing any security measures, rate limits, or access controls.
- Illegal Activity: Using the Platform for any activity that violates applicable law.
10. Intellectual Property
The Gamosy name, logo, design, source code, and all related materials are the property of GAMOSY or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Platform without our prior written consent. However, you are welcome to tell everyone how awesome Gamosy is — that part is free.
11. Third-Party Integrations
Gamosy integrates with third-party services to provide its features. By using these integrations, you also agree to their respective terms:
- YouTube API Services: Subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke Gamosy's access via Google Security Settings.
- Twitch: Subject to the Twitch Terms of Service.
- TikTok: Subject to the TikTok Terms of Service.
- Steam: Subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement.
- Reddit: Subject to the Reddit User Agreement.
- Stripe: Payment processing is handled by Stripe and subject to the Stripe Services Agreement.
We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of third-party services. Using third-party integrations is at your own risk. If YouTube changes their API or Twitch moves your cheese, we'll adapt as quickly as we can, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted third-party service.
12. Payment & Subscriptions
Some Gamosy features require a paid subscription. When you subscribe:
- Billing: You will be billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan). All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes for EU consumers.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you won't lose access mid-cycle.
- Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact info@gamosy.com and we'll do our best to help. No refund for "I accidentally subscribed for a year" after 11 months — that's not how it works.
- Price Changes: We will notify you at least 30 days before any price increase. You can cancel before the new price takes effect.
- Free Tier: Content creators can use Gamosy for free to browse campaigns, apply for keys, and manage their profile.
13. EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@gamosy.com with a clear statement of your intention to withdraw. We will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method.
Exception: If you have fully used the digital service during the withdrawal period, and you expressly consented to begin performance and acknowledged the loss of your withdrawal right, the right of withdrawal may not apply. We will clearly inform you of this at the point of purchase.
14. Warranty Disclaimers
For users outside the EU: THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
For EU consumers: Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Directive and national implementation laws. If the Platform does not conform to these Terms, you have the right to remedies as provided by applicable law.
Translation for gamers: We do our best to keep everything running smoothly, but sometimes servers have bad days too. We won't promise zero downtime — even World of Warcraft has maintenance Tuesdays.
15. Limitation of Liability
For users outside the EU: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GAMOSY'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO GAMOSY IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
For EU consumers: Nothing in this section excludes or limits our liability for (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence, (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable EU law.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GAMOSY, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Platform.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Content you submit or actions you take through the Platform.
- Your violation of any third party's rights, including intellectual property rights.
For EU consumers: This indemnification clause applies only to the extent permitted by applicable EU consumer protection laws and does not affect your statutory rights.
17. Copyright & DMCA
We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to:
- Email: info@gamosy.com
- Subject line: "DMCA Takedown Request"
Your notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location on the Platform.
- Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-Notice: If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may file a counter-notice with the same information, and we will restore the content within 10-14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.
18. Termination
By You: You can delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting info@gamosy.com. Upon deletion, your personal data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms.
- You engage in prohibited conduct (Section 9).
- Your account has been inactive for more than 24 months.
- We are required to do so by law.
We will provide reasonable notice before termination when possible, except in cases of serious violations (fraud, key resale, security exploits) where immediate termination may be necessary. It's like a raid kick — sometimes there's no warning, but usually it's because you stood in the fire.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the Platform ceases. Any unredeemed game keys in your possession that were obtained through Gamosy must not be used or redistributed. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution) will survive.
19. Dispute Resolution
19.1 EU Consumers
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you are not required to participate in binding arbitration. You may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. You retain the right to bring claims in the courts of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory consumer protections under the laws of your home country.
19.2 US Users
For users in the United States: any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver: YOU AGREE THAT ANY CLAIMS WILL BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Small Claims Exception: Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within the court's jurisdiction.
19.3 All Other Users
For users outside the EU/EEA and the US, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed arbitration institution, or if no agreement is reached, by a court of competent jurisdiction in Warsaw, Poland.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
For EU consumers: If you are a consumer residing in an EU/EEA member state, you benefit from any mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws of your country of residence that cannot be derogated from by agreement. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under such mandatory provisions.
21. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Patch notes for legal documents, if you will. When we make material changes:
- We will provide at least 30 days' notice before the changes take effect, via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.
- You can review the updated Terms before they become effective.
- If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may terminate your account before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

23. General Provisions
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Gamosy regarding the Platform.
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision. Just because we let it slide once doesn't mean we won't enforce it next time.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets.
- No Third-Party Beneficiaries: These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights.
GG, WP. You made it to the end. Achievement unlocked: "Read the Terms of Service." Seriously though — if you have questions, don't hesitate to reach out at info@gamosy.com. We're real humans (mostly).
