Applying to Campaigns

Learn how to apply for Steam keys and understand the eligibility requirements.

When you find a campaign that interests you, applying is straightforward — but you need to meet the requirements first.

Eligibility Check

Before you can apply, Gamosy checks your connected platform stats against the campaign's requirements. The Apply button will show you whether you're eligible:

  • Eligible — Your stats meet or exceed the requirements. Click Apply to submit your application.
  • Ineligible — Your stats don't meet the minimums. The button shows which requirements you're missing (e.g., "500 / 1,000 subscribers").

You only need to meet the requirements on one of the listed platforms, not all of them.

Submitting Your Application

Click the Apply button on an eligible campaign. Your application includes your platform stats and profile, which the developer will review.

Application Status

After applying, your application goes through these stages:

  1. Pending — The developer hasn't reviewed your application yet
  2. Approved — The developer accepted your application. A Steam key is distributed to you automatically.
  3. Rejected — The developer declined your application. This can happen if they've already distributed all available keys or if your channel doesn't match what they're looking for.

You can track all your applications from the Campaigns page in your Creator Hub.

After Approval

When your application is approved:

  1. A Steam key is automatically assigned to you
  2. You can find it in Creator Hub → Keys
  3. The content deadline timer starts — you'll have the specified number of days to submit your content proof

Common Reasons for Rejection

  • The campaign ran out of available keys
  • Your content focus doesn't match the game's genre
  • The developer chose creators with larger or more relevant audiences
  • You've applied to multiple campaigns from the same developer recently
