Reviewing Applications

Review creator applications with trust scores, fraud risk badges, and bulk actions.

When creators apply to your campaigns, you review their applications to decide who receives keys. Gamosy gives you rich data to make informed decisions.

Opening the Applications Panel

Click the users icon in the campaign action bar. The Applications panel shows all pending, approved, and rejected applications.

What You See Per Applicant

Each application shows:

  • Creator name and platform username
  • Platform stats — Follower count, view count, content count
  • Trust Score — Overall reliability rating (0-100)
  • CCR Score — Campaign Completion Rate
  • Creator Tier — Nano, Micro, Mid, Macro, or Mega
  • Fraud Risk Badge — Color-coded risk level (see Anti-Fraud Protection)

Creator Profile Sheet

Click on a creator's name to open the profile sheet — a slide-over panel with their full details:

  • All connected platforms with detailed stats
  • Trust Score breakdown
  • CCR Score ring chart
  • Engagement metrics and growth trends
  • Campaign history
  • Quick action buttons

This lets you thoroughly evaluate a creator without leaving the application panel.

Approving and Rejecting

  • Click Approve to accept an application. A Steam key is automatically distributed to the creator.
  • Click Reject to decline. The creator is notified of the decision.

Bulk Actions

For campaigns with many applications, use bulk review:

  1. Select multiple applications using the checkboxes
  2. Click Approve Selected or Reject Selected
  3. All selected applications are processed at once

This saves significant time when reviewing dozens of applications.

Reviewed Applications

Switch to the Reviewed tab to see applications you've already processed. You can filter by status (approved or rejected) to review your decisions.

Tips for Reviewing

  • Check the Trust Score — Higher scores indicate more reliable creators
  • Look at the CCR — A high Campaign Completion Rate means the creator consistently delivers content
  • Review the fraud risk badge — Be cautious with high or critical risk applicants
  • Open the profile sheet — Don't rely solely on summary stats; check the full profile
  • Consider channel fit — A gaming channel with 5K subscribers may be more valuable than a general channel with 50K
