Reviewing Content
Review content submissions from creators with auto-fetched video metadata.
After creators receive keys and create content, they submit proof via a video URL. You review these submissions to verify creators fulfilled their obligations.
Opening the Content Review Panel
Click the video icon in the campaign action bar. The Content Review panel shows all content submissions for this campaign.
Content Proof Cards
Each submission is displayed as a content proof card showing:
- Video thumbnail — Auto-fetched from the platform
- Video title — The title of the submitted video
- Platform — YouTube, TikTok, or Twitch
- View count — Current number of views
- Like count — Current likes/reactions
- Comment count — Number of comments
- Duration — Video length
- Submission date — When the creator submitted
All this metadata is fetched automatically from the platform — creators just provide the URL.
Reviewing a Submission
For each submission, you can:
- Approve — Confirm the content meets your campaign requirements. The distribution is marked as completed.
- Reject — The content doesn't meet requirements. You can add review notes explaining what was missing or needs improvement.
Review Notes
When rejecting content, add clear notes explaining why:
- "Video doesn't mention the game name"
- "Content is too short — we requested at least 10 minutes of gameplay"
- "Video appears to be about a different game"
These notes are visible to the creator, helping them understand what's expected if they resubmit.
Content Deadlines
Each campaign has a content deadline. If a creator hasn't submitted by the deadline, their distribution may be marked as expired. Expired distributions negatively impact the creator's CCR score.
Engagement Updates
After you approve content, Gamosy periodically refreshes the engagement metrics (views, likes, comments) to track the content's ongoing performance. This data feeds into your Campaign Impact dashboard.
