Automatic Content Detection

Gamosy scans your recent videos and suggests matches with active campaigns.

Gamosy automatically scans your recent videos across connected platforms and checks if any match active campaigns. If a match is found, you'll be notified and can submit it as content proof with one click.

How It Works

  1. Gamosy periodically fetches your recent videos (last 7 days) from YouTube, TikTok, and Twitch
  2. It compares each video's title against the names of games with active campaigns
  3. If a match is detected (based on title similarity), a detection card appears on your Submissions page
  4. You can review the match and decide whether to submit it as content proof

Where Detections Appear

Detected content matches are shown at the top of your Creator Hub → Submissions page, in a highlighted section labeled "Detected Content."

Detection Cards

Each detection card shows:

  • Video thumbnail — Auto-fetched from the platform
  • Video title — The title of your video
  • Platform icon — YouTube, TikTok, or Twitch
  • Matched game name — The campaign game that was detected
  • Similarity score — How closely the video title matches the game name (as a percentage)

Actions

For each detected match, you can:

  • Submit as Proof — Opens the content submission form with the video URL pre-filled and the matching campaign pre-selected. You just confirm and submit.
  • Dismiss — Removes the detection if it's a false positive (e.g., the video mentions the game but isn't about it)
  • View Video — Opens the original video in a new tab so you can verify the match

Why Not Auto-Submit?

Content detection is intentionally presented as a suggestion, not an automatic submission. This is because:

  • Video titles can match game names coincidentally
  • You may have mentioned a game briefly without creating dedicated content
  • You should always verify the match before submitting

Notifications

When Gamosy detects a potential content match, you receive a notification letting you know. This means you won't miss a match even if you don't visit the Submissions page regularly.

Tips

  • Use clear game names in your video titles — This helps the detection algorithm find matches accurately
  • Check your Submissions page after uploading new content — Detections appear within 24 hours
  • Don't worry about false positives — Just dismiss any incorrect matches. There's no penalty.
