Submitting Content Proof

Submit your video URL as proof of content creation and understand the review process.

After receiving a Steam key, you're expected to create content about the game and submit proof. This is how developers verify that their keys are being used for genuine promotion.

What Is Content Proof?

Content proof is a link to the video, stream, or content you created about the game. Gamosy supports URLs from:

  • YouTube — Video links (youtube.com/watch?v=... or youtu.be/...)
  • TikTok — Video links (tiktok.com/@user/video/...)
  • Twitch — VOD or clip links (twitch.tv/videos/...)

How to Submit

  1. Navigate to Creator Hub → Submissions
  2. Find the campaign you need to submit content for
  3. Paste your video URL into the submission form
  4. Click Submit

Auto-Fetched Metadata

When you submit a URL, Gamosy automatically fetches metadata from the platform:

  • Video title
  • Thumbnail image
  • View count
  • Like count
  • Comment count
  • Video duration

This data is displayed to the developer alongside your submission, giving them a rich preview of your content without needing to visit the link.

Submission Statuses

Your submission goes through these stages:

  1. Submitted — The developer hasn't reviewed it yet
  2. Approved — The developer confirmed your content meets their requirements
  3. Rejected — The developer didn't approve your content. They may leave review notes explaining why.

Review Notes

If a developer rejects your content, they can attach review notes explaining what was missing. Check your submission card for any notes — you may be able to resubmit with updated content.

Content Deadlines

Each campaign sets a content deadline — the number of days you have to submit content after receiving your key. You can see the deadline on the campaign card.

Missing deadlines negatively affects your Campaign Completion Rate (CCR), which developers can see on your profile. Consistently meeting deadlines builds trust and leads to more approvals.

Engagement Tracking

After your content is approved, Gamosy periodically refreshes engagement metrics (views, likes, comments) to give developers updated performance data. This happens automatically — you don't need to do anything.
