Content Calendar

The Content Calendar gives you a monthly overview of all your upcoming deadlines and events, helping you plan your content schedule.

Accessing the Calendar

Navigate to Creator Hub → Calendar in the sidebar.

Calendar View

The calendar displays a standard monthly grid with navigation arrows to move between months. The current day is highlighted with a ring, and days with events show colored dots.

Event Types

Three types of events appear on your calendar, each with a distinct color:

Content Deadlines (Red Dots)

The moment by which you need to submit content proof for a Steam key you received. A key is on the calendar while its content is still to come: you have not submitted it yet, or the studio rejected it and you can submit again.

A deadline is an exact date and time, not a whole day. The calendar places it on its day in your own time zone but does not show the hour, so check My Keys for the exact time.

Campaign End Dates (Blue Dots)

End dates for campaigns you're participating in. After this date the campaign takes no new applications and gives out no new keys. A key you already hold keeps its own content deadline.

Challenge Deadlines (Purple Dots)

End dates for seasonal challenges you have active progress on. See Challenges for details.

Urgency Levels

Events are tagged with urgency badges to help you prioritize:

• Overdue (red): the deadline has passed and you can no longer submit content on time for this key. For 14 days you can still send a late video from My Keys; until the studio accepts it, the delivery counts as missed. At the next daily check, at 08:00 UTC, the delivery is marked as missed and leaves the calendar, unless the studio gives you more time first. Only the studio can give more time. If you need it, use Message the studio on the key in My Keys.
• Urgent (orange): the deadline is within 3 days. Prioritize this.
• Upcoming (yellow): the deadline is within 7 days. Start planning.
• Scheduled (green): the deadline is more than 7 days away.

Viewing Event Details

Click on any day in the calendar to see the full list of events for that date. Each event shows:

• An icon matching the event type
• The event title (campaign name or challenge name)
• The game name (if applicable)
• An urgency badge

Calendar events are clickable. A content deadline opens My Keys, where you submit content for that key. A campaign end date opens Browse Campaigns, and a challenge opens My Growth.

Legend

A color-coded legend above the calendar explains what each dot color means, so you can quickly scan the month for important dates.

Tips

• Check the calendar weekly to plan your content creation schedule
• Act on orange and yellow badges: once a badge turns red, you can no longer submit on time, and a missed deadline lowers your CCR score
• Ask early: if you need more time, message the studio before your deadline passes
• Look ahead to upcoming months to plan content for campaigns ending soon
• Use the calendar alongside your watchlist to balance new opportunities with existing commitments
